Functional description
The RV-16 camera can be used in many ways, e.g.:
z
As a rear view video camera for vehicles, installed in the bumper
z
As a side camera in an HGV
z
As entrance monitors in buses
z
As hidden interior monitoring.
The RV-16 rear view camera consists of a camera and the optional mounting case.
The camera can be installed directly, for example in a bumper, or also attached to the ve-
hicle if aluminium casing is used or installed inside the vehicle.
The electrical connection takes place using a cable ready to plug into the monitor.

Installing the rear view video camera
Note
If you do not have sufficient technical knowledge for installing and connecting
components in vehicles, you should have a specialist install the rear view
video camera in your vehicle.
