Calibrating the pressure transducer
I
1. In the basic menu, use the cursor keys
or
to select
“Other selections”
:
2. Press
ENTER
to confirm.
3. Use the cursor keys
or
to select
“Service.”
:
4. Press
ENTER
to confirm.
5. Enter the password
“2224”
.
6. Confirm
“Pressure transducer”
by pressing
ENTER
.
7. Then follow the instructions in the display.
– Unscrew the service couplings (
13
) and (
14
) from the service
hoses (
11
) and (
12
).
– Use the keypad (
8
) to enter the current local atmospheric pressure
and press
ENTER
to confirm.

8. When calibration has been completed, press
ENTER
to exit the
menu.
9. Press
STOP
twice to access the standby menu.
10. Screw the service couplings (
13
) and (
14
) hand-tight onto the service
hoses (
11
) and (
12
), taking care not to mix up the red and blue mark-
ings on the couplings and hoses.
NOTE
The pressure transducer has to be correctly calibrated in order to make
accurate pressure measurements.
Calibration is required:
Every four weeks
If the AirConServiceCenter has been subjected to heavy shaking
Every time the vacuum pump oil is changed
If the display shows implausible pressure readings
