Installation
Assembly of the tire
–
Fit the wheel onto the assembly machine that the assembly head is on the
opposite side of the valve, i.e. offset by 180° (figure 10).

CAUTION
Damage to the internal sensor
The internal sensor can be damaged by the
penetration of fluids.
–
Make sure that the internal sensor does not
come into contact with fluids (e.g. assembly
fluid).
–
Apply assembly fluid to the tire bead and rim flange.
–
Now push the bead to be fitted onto the rim over the rim flange.

During assembly the tire bead must not be pressed against the wheel
electronics. Otherwise there is a risk of the internal sensor coming off at the
fastening point.

Then pull the second tire bead onto the rim.

During this procedure the bead must never be pressed onto the internal sensor
or pulled over it.
During assembly the assembly head must have a minimum distance of 20 cm to
the internal sensor (figure 11). The remaining part of the bead can be pressed
over the rim flange in the normal way (figure 12).
