OptiFlow™ SideWings Maintenance
9 Maintenance
During normal operation the SideWings must be checked visually for
damage.
Further maintenance during the service life of the components is necessary
for the following parts:
Every 3 month
Gas springs
– Check free movement.
– The Skirts and Flow Conductor Hinged must be kept open by the force of
the gas springs.
Locks
– – Check free movement. Check free movement.
– – The Skirts and Flow Conductor must be lockable and unlockable. The Skirts and Flow Conductor must be lockable and unlockable.
Every 6 month
Flow Conductor Rotational
– Add oil to the rotation pin valve.
Locks
– Clean off dirt and dust.
Rubber hinge
– Check rubber hinges for defects.
