ADJUSTING THE
FORWARD AND REVERSE
STITCHES
Depending on the type of fabric you sew, it
may be necessary to adjust the forward and
reverse stitches.
This adjusment is needed when the
decorative or the letter stitch pattern is
misformed.
Turn screw which is located bottom of
the machine in either direction as may be
required.
DECORATIVE STITCH PATTERN
1. If patterns are misformed as illustration (A),
turn screw in direction of symbol (+).
2. If patterns are misformed as illustration (B),
turn screw in direction of symbol (–).
LETTER STITCH PATTERN
1. If patterns are misformed as illustration (C),
turn screw in direction of symbol (+).
2. If patterns are misformed as illustration (D),
turn screw in direction of symbol (–).
