Using a Pattern

Begin sewing.

The fabric is fed evenly, one stitch at a time. The sewing machine
stops automatically.

Lift the presser foot and slide the fabric about 2 or 3 centimetres further.

Repeat Steps 2 to 4 until the basting am has been sewn.

The basting seam has been sewn
