The weight of the lifting column cannot be carried by the support feet alone; it
must not be „floating“ over the floor.

After adjusting the leveling feet, verify that the lifting column is in complete
contact with the floor.
4.13 Connecting to Power
NOTICE
Possible damage to the device if voltage not set
correctly
The device can be connected to different power supply voltages ( Â section 9
on page 66). If the device’s voltage setting does not match the power sup-
ply voltage in your country, this may cause damage to the device.
f Only connect the simulator to a grounded power outlet that delivers the
required voltage. Normally, the device is delivered with the correct voltage
setting of your country.

Before connecting the simulator to a power source, check if the voltage
setting matches the power supply voltage in your country (
Â
section 4.10
on page 30).
Eyesi is supplied with power through a single socket connection at the bottom of
the lifting column. Power is lead through the column. At the top end of the column
a power cable leads to the power inlet of the simulator PC (
Â
Fig. 5 on page 21).
Connecting the simulator to a power source:
1.
Plug the power cable coming from the bottom of the lifting column into the
power source.
2. The simulator is now ready for use.
4.14 Connecting the Foot Pedals
Connecting the foot pedals:
1. Position the pedals under the operating table. Both foot pedals may be posi-
tioned on either side, depending on personal preference.
2. Plug the USB cables of the pedals into two unused USB ports on the backside
of the simulator PC.
