
4.11 Adjusting the Voltage Settings
(applies only to lifting columns of type TES2)

This section only applies to lifting columns of type TES2. If your simulator is
equipped with a lifting column of type TAOP, please skip this section.
The type of your lifting column can be read from the identification plate at the
lower rear side.
WARNING
Electric shock hazard
Trying to change the voltage setting while the simulator is connected to a
power source, may lead to injury or death through electrical shock.

Always disconnect the simulator from the power source before changing
the voltage setting.
Adjusting the voltage setting:
1.
Ensure that the simulator is not connected to a power source.
2.
The voltage selector switch is located directly above the power inlet at the bot-
tom of the lifting column.

While pressing the two clips of the voltage selector switch together, pull the
voltage selector switch out of its socket (1) (

see figure above).
4.
Carefully take the two fuses out of the voltage selector switch (2).
5.
Now take the voltage selector out of the voltage selector switch (3).

There are four different voltages displayed on the voltage selector
(100 V AC, 120 V AC, 230 V AC, 240 V AC).
