Yes, but first you need to call us to obtain a Return Goods Authorization RGA number. This
number helps us quickly track the status of your product. In North America, call
1-844-9VORTEX. Vortex Dryers customer service representatives are available to assist you
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 8 PM ET and Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM ET. A copy of
this RGA must be attached and visible with the returned part of your dryer.
· You've returned your dryer to VORTEX DRYERS for repair.
How do you know we've received it and when should you expect it back?
If you have returned your dryer with a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA), we will
confirm reception of your unit along with the precise time you can expect to receive your
repaired unit. If you did not obtain a RGA number or did not include a clearly visible copy with
your returned dryer, our customer shipping department will be unable to accept the goods.
· You ordered a replacement part from VORTEX DRYERS. When can you expect it?
We will automatically send you an acknowledgement of the reception of your order giving
you the tracking # and when you can expect the ordered component.
14. OPTIONAL VORTEX INDUSTRIES DIAMOND WARRANTY
What is the VORTEX DRYERS DIAMOND WARRANTY?
The Diamond Warranty is optional and covers the complete unit against technical defaults as
well as vandalism during a period of 10 years .
What is the cost of the Diamond Warranty?
The one-time fee is $74.80 plus local taxes is available at time of purchase from Vortex
Industries or your authorized Distributor. This can be paid on-line by credit card when
registering your Vortex Dryer.
How does it work?
From the original date of purchase of the dryer by the end user and during a period of 1 year
VORTEX DRYERS will replace the defective or vandalism with a new replacement unit
without cost.
(Scratches, graffiti or intentional damages are not considered as vandalism).
Should your Vortex Dryer become defective or vandalized during years 2, 3 and 4 you will
have the possibility of receiving a new unit for 30% of your initial cost (original invoice will be
requested). For the remainder of the 10 year warranty we will replace your defective or
vandalized unit for 50% of your initial cost (original invoice will be requested).
The Diamond Warranty covers replacement parts only with the exception of the coarse air
filter and the germicidal bulb as well as on site labor costs and shipping and handling.
