4 Wheel Rollator with Locking Brakes

Safety Precautions
•
Make sure the rollator is fully opened
and the seat is down. Ensure folding
bar under the seat is locked in the
down position.
•
Be sure both handles are at equal
heights and secured with triangle bolt.
•
Test rollator for stability before
applying weight to the hand grip.
•
Check fit and tightness of knobs,
nuts and bolts on a weekly basis to
ensure rollator is safe to use.
•
Test loop brakes before operating the
rollator. Lock bar on the rear wheels
should prevent wheels from turning.
If the wheels turn while brakes are
locked, please take the unit back
to the dealer for adjustment. When
locks are released the wheels should
turn freely.
•
Always lock loop brakes before
sitting down.
•
Do not use seat when the unit is on
an incline or uneven ground.
•
Replace tires when damaged or
extensively worn.
•
This is not a transport device. Do not
allow anyone to push you while you
are seated on the rollator.
•
Product weight capacity: 300 LBS
Assembly Instructions
1. Open frame and insert leg 1 in to the frame
end 1 (see figure 1). Insert the push pins to
the desired height and secure the legs with the
triangle bolt.
2. Repeat for connecting legs 2, 3 and 4 on the
frame as indicated in step 1. **NOTE: Do not
use the last hole for the push pin. It is intended
for the triangle bolt to secure the legs (see
figure 2).
3. Turn rollator over so that the seat faces up.
Make sure the leg hinges lock into place.
4. Insert handles into the frame at desired
height lining up holes appropriately. Slide
bolts through holes from the inside and screw
triangle bolt until secure.
5. Slide padded backrest into frame brackets.
Making sure the snaps are secured to the
frame.
Loop Lock Brakes
1. To slow down or to stop temporarily, pull up
slowly on the loop brakes with four fingers until
the unit slows down or comes to a stop.
2. To temporarily lock wheels in position, press
down on both loop brakes with palms until both
brakes stay on the down position. That will
signify that the wheels are locked.
3. To release wheel locks, pull up on both loop
brakes with your palm or four fingers to the
original position.
4. Always engage and disengage wheel locks on
both sides at the same time.
5. To adjust brakes, use a wrench and turn
adjustment bolt clockwise.
Height Adjustment
1. Remove tightening knob from handle.
2. Set handle to desired height.
3. Replace tightening knob into handle, making
sure to insert knob from the outside.
4. Repeat for second handle, making sure both
handles are set to the same height setting.
Leg Height Adjustment
1. Remove tightening knob from leg.
2. Depress push pin and slide leg to desired
height.
3. Replace tightening knob into leg, making sure
to insert knob from the outside.
4. Repeat for second, third and fourth legs,
making sure all are set to the same height
setting.

of defects in materials and workmanship for the
lifetime of the original consumer purchaser.
This warranty does not cover product failure due
to owner misuse or negligence or normal wear and
tear. This warranty does not extend to non-durable
components such as rubber accessories which are
subject to normal wear and tear and does require
periodic replacement. In the event of a defect,
Roscoe Medical will, at our option, replace or
repair the product.
