BASKET CONTROL HANDLE
Allows to raise/lower the basket while the fryer lid is closed (pict. 4)
Move the handle up to lift the basket Move the handle down to
lower the basket
LID-RELEASE BUTTON
Releases the lid from its housing, allowing the emission of steam (pict. 5).
TO REMOVE THE LID
Put the lid in 90 degree position and pull it upwards (pict. 6).
