Problem - Cause
Solution
The machine stops abruptly:
� The power cable is winded;
� The extension cord is winded or the electrical
cables are too thin;
� The supply circuit protection has triggered;
� The thermal protection has triggered;
� Unroll the power cable;
� Remove or replace the extension;
� Check the power cable, extension cord, plug, socket and
the circuit breaker;
� Allow the machine to cool down and turn it back on;
The pump produces a low or irregular pres-
sure:
� The water inlet filter is clogged;
� The pump is aspirating air;
� Lance/sprinkler nozzle is damaged or has an incor-
rect dimension;
� The sprinkler nozzle is clogged;
� The gun is damaged or worn;
� The sprinkler nozzle is regulated on minimum
pressure;
� The valves are damaged or clogged;
� The pump seals are worn;
� Clean the water inlet filter;
� Check for air entrances in the pump or suction pipes.
Tighten the connections;
� Replace the lance/sprinkler nozzle;
� Clean the sprinkler nozzle;
� Replace the gun;
� Rotate the sprinkler nozzle counter clockwise;
� Call customer service;
� Call customer service;
The machine operates on impulse:
� Air in the hose or in the pump;
� Incorrect or insufficient water supply;
� Sprinkler nozzle partially clogged;
� The hose is twisted or folded;
� Press the trigger until reach the regular service pressure;
� Check for obstructions in the water supply hose and/or
change to a larger hose;
� Clean the sprinkler nozzle;
� Straighten up the hose;
The machine is producing smoke:
� Overheating, overcharge or damaged motor;
� Tur off the machine and call customer service;
Excessive noise:
� The pump is aspirating air;
� The water inlet is obstructed;
� Check for air entrances in the pump or suction pipes;
� Check the tap, water supply hose and air inlet filter;
No detergent suction:
� The sprinkler nozzle is regulated on minimum
pressure;
� The tank, pipes or aspiration filter are clogged;
� The pump injector is clogged;
� Set the sprinkler nozzle into minimum pressure mode
position;
� Clean the tank, pipes and aspiration filter;
� Call customer service;
