Preparing Documents for Printing

■

Fan the documents to make sure all pages in the stack are separated.

■

Align the edges of the documents by tapping the bottom of the stack against the table top. Rotate the 
stack 90 degrees and repeat.

Loading the Main Paper Tray

1.

Remove the paper tray.

2.

Push the width guide tab, and move the width guide to the correct position for the paper size being 
loaded. You will notice markers for popular page sizes.
