What to do if Visio 500 stops working properly:

Did you check all settings and connections according to the manual?

Did you remove the protective plastic film from the camera lens?

Is Visio 500 plugged into a live power outlet?
If Visio 500 is not working, please disconnect from any power outlet,
discontinue using the device, and contact VisioBraille GmbH or your
authorized VisioBraille GmbH dealer.

We will help you first troubleshoot your Visio 500. If we determine that
your device needs to be returned to us for repair, you will need to pack
the Visio 500 in its original packaging. If someone is assisting you,
