Cleaning set ARS 028
The cleaning set ARS 028 prevents
staining by accumulated clippings in the
area of the blade track.
For this purpose, the mowing blade
installed as standard and the blade
support on the robotic mowers from the
MI 632 series are replaced with a carrier
plate as well as a mowing blade with a
cutting width of 28 cm.
This instruction manual constitutes
original manufacturer's instructions in
the sense of EC Directive 2006/42/EC.

1 . 1 General
These safety regulations must
be observed when working with
the machine.
Read the entire instruction
manual before using the
machine for the first time. Keep
the instruction manual in a safe
place for future reference.
In addition, the entire instruction manual
for the robotic mower must be read. This
instruction manual supplements the
instruction manual for the robotic mower.
A robotic mower with fitted accessory
ARS 028 is intended for mowing lawns.
The carrier plate must only be used with
the supplied mowing blade (cutting width
28 cm). Other combinations are not
permitted.
The accessory ARS 028 is only suitable
for machines with software 1.29 or higher.
The installed machine software can be
called up in the robotic mower menu under
"Information – Status iMow". If necessary
have the software updated by the VIKING
specialist dealer.
● Tilt the robotic mower onto its side and
lean it securely against a stable wall.
3. 1 Removing the mowing blade
and blade support
● Push in both tabs (1) on the
blade support with one hand and hold.
Remove the fastening nut (2) with your
other hand. Remove the mowing blade
together with the fastening nut.
● Remove blade support (3) from the
motor shaft. Use a suitable puller if
necessary.
3.2 Installing ARS 028
Installing the carrier plate
● Thoroughly clean the mowing
deck and motor shaft.
● Fit carrier plate (B) on the motor shaft
as shown.
Installing the mowing blade
● Fit mowing blade (A) on carrier
plate (B) as shown. Ensure correct
position of the retainers (1) in the
mowing blade. Screw on new fastening
nut (C) as far as possible. Several
clicks are audible during tightening.
Ensure secure seating of the mowing
blade by shaking carefully.

3. Assembly and
