Colorbration

To ensure long-term color accuracy, some specific models support hardware color 

calibration function. The monitor comes with the Colorbration application. The 

application installation file is in the  software folder of the ViewSonic

®

 CD. Or you 

can visit: http://color.viewsonic.com/support/software/ to check and download the 

latest version of the Colorbration application.

Standard monitor packing does not include the color sensor, which the Colorbration 

application needs for the calibration process.

However, if you purchased our ViewSonic

®

’s Colorbration kit, it includes the CS-

XRi1 color sensor, which has been co-developed with X-Rite to provide the best 

solution for displaying long-term color accuracy. CS-XRi1 is X-Rite’s next generation 

colorimeter, which utilizes a redesigned optical system, filter technology, calibration 

architecture, and intelligent form factor to be paired with ViewSonic

®

’s Colorbration 

application to deliver unrivaled color accuracy, repeatability, and device longevity.
