(8) The CHP unit must be protected from sludge
from the existing heating system. It is
recommended that a dirt trap and a dirt separator
be installed in the return to the CHP unit.
(9) Observe the maximum return temperature to the
CHP unit (heating water inlet temperature) and
the permissible operating pressure in the heating
circuit as specified in the technical description for
Vitobloc 200 EM-530/660 (versions SCR and
SCR-ready)!
(10) Insulate the heating water pipes in accordance
with legal regulations.
Filling and venting the heating system
Fill and vent the heating system in consultation with
the heating contractor upon completion of the entire
heating system.
To do so, provide a drain & fill valve on site in the
heating water flow in the immediate vicinity of the
CHP unit.
Observe the heating water regulations for operating
fluids when filling the heating system; see section
10.4.
Filling the heating system:

Either via the drain & fill valve on the boiler
●
or via the on-site drain & fill valve on the CHP unit.
The system operating pressure must not exceed the
permissible design specification.
