1. Remove the cap from the factory installed gas line.
2. Install the supplied tees, drain valves and gas valve
as shown.

Installing boiler safety devices
1. Remove the pressure relief valve, drain valve and
fittings from the box.
2. Apply sufficient amount of pipe sealant to both ends
of all pipe fittings and install onto tees.
3. Install pressure relief valve and Isolation valve and
tighten them.
4. Install discharge pipe on pressure relief valve in such
a way that...
- the end of the pipe is not threaded.
- the pressure relief discharge pipe extends to a floor
drain and ends approximately 6 in. (150 mm) above
the drain.
Ensure
that...
- there is no shutoff valve installed in the discharge pipe.
- discharge pipe diameter is not reduced.
- discharge is not piped to outdoors.
