Opening the heat pump

Danger

Contact with 'live' components
can lead to serious injury from
electric current.

Never touch

 the wiring cham-

bers (for heat pump control unit
and power supply connections,
see page 34).

■ When working on the appli-

ance, isolate the system from
the power supply, e.g. at a sep-
arate MCB/fuse or a mains iso-
lator. Check the system is no
longer 'live' and safeguard
against reconnection.

Danger

The absence of component
earthing can result in serious
injury from electrical current and
in component damage in the
event of an electrical fault.

Always

 remake all earth connec-

tions.

!

Please note

Wait

at least 30 min

 between the

installation and commissioning of
the appliance to prevent equip-
ment damage.
Work on the

refrigerant circuit

must only be carried out by a
qualified

refrigeration engi-

neer

.

1.

Remove front panel in reverse order;
see page 65.

2.

When work is complete, close the
heat pump; see page 65.

For commissioning the appli-
ance, see also the
"Vitotronic 200 heat pump control
unit" operating instructions.

Writing reports
