2.
Check the pre-charge pressure of the
expansion vessel.
3.
Fill (flush) and vent the secondary cir-
cuit.
Note
Type BWC has integral non-return
valves, which means that there is flow
in only one direction in the secondary
circuit.
4.
!
Please note
To prevent appliance dam-
age, check the flow and return
connections of the heat pump
secondary circuit for
tight-
ness
.
In the case of leaks, switch off
the appliance immediately,
drain the water and check the
seating of the seal rings.
Always replace displaced seal
rings.
5.
Check the system pressure and top
up with water if required.
Minimum system pressure: 0.8 bar/
80 kPa
Permiss. operating pressure: 2.5 bar/
250 kPa

Commissioning the system
Commissioning (configuration, parame-
ter settings and function checks) can be
carried out with or without the commis-
sioning assistant (see following chapter
and service instructions for the
"Vitotronic 200 heat pump control unit").
Note
The type and extent of the parameters
depend on the heat pump type, on the
selected system scheme and the acces-
sories employed.
