To be done before spreading

The following will be achieved with the fertiliser and spreading chart
from the example (see the next page):
The advised discharge point with a working width of 18 metres and a
driving speed of 8 km/h, but with an application rate of 165 kg/ha is: L.
Because the flow rate of 40 kg/min is below 50 kg/min., it is better to
use fine application.

Set the levers for the discharge point for both spreading discs to L,

Install both fine application plates,


Multiply the flowrate of 40 kg/min with a factor of 3. Result: 40 x 3
= 120 kg/min.

Find the line in the spreading chart with the nearest flowrate.
Result: the line with the flowrate of 118 kg/min.

Read the relevant dosing setting. Result: dosing setting 60+0.

Set the value for both spreading discs as per instructions. Do not
change the setting for the discharge point!
