How to register demonstration mode
How to Register Simulation Mode
To enable
VibrationVIEW
in Simulation mode, for simulated controller operation using a PC soundcard,
do the following:
1.
Open the
dialog box
2.
Set the "Network Card Address" setting to "Simulation" using the drop-down list. If a registration
code has not been entered for this computer, an "
" dialog box will
appear. (Note: this dialog box can also be opened using the Help..Enter Registration Code menu
command.)
3.
Click the "Request Demo Code" button.
4.
Fill in all the fields in the "
" form and click the "Email Request Form" button
to request an activation code. This will e-mail the registration information you have entered to
Vibration Research Corporation. (Note: you can also fax or phone in the registration information if
you don't have e-mail available.)
5.
You should receive a response e-mail within 15 minutes during normal business hours (Monday-
Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST).
6.
After you receive an e-mail with the activation code, copy the entire message to the clipboard.
(Hint: In most e-mail programs this will be the menu commands Edit..Select All followed by
Edit..Copy, or alternately using the shortcut keystrokes Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C)
7.
In the
VibrationVIEW
application, click the "Paste code from clipboard" button in the
"
" dialog box. You may need to repeat steps 1 and 2 to get back to this
