9  Configuring the OneExpert with StrataSync

Measurement Settings

Measurement settings are used to determine if a DOCSIS test (range and registration) is 

performed and if DOCSIS service tests (throughput and packet loss) are performed when a 

OneCheck test is run. Application of the measurement settings are made to all locations: tap, 

ground block, and CPE.

Measurement Settings Configuration

You can find Measurement Settings through the 

Global Archives

 pane on the left side of the 

StrataSync Template screen.

New Measurement Settings

1.  From the Measurement Settings 

Plans screen, select the 

New 

Measurement Settings

 button 

in the upper right corner of the 

screen. The Create Measurement 

Setting screen appears.

2.  Enter the desired name and 

optional description.

3.  When the desired data has been entered, select the
