Using your ViasatHD box

Once the scan is complete, a list of all available TV and radio channels appear on
your screen . To select your preferred channels, use
U
or
D
to highlight them and
press OK . To select all the available channels, press green and then press OK .
Press red to clear all the highlighted channels .

To save the selected channels, you can either press yellow to replace all existing
free-to-air channels, or blue to append the new channels to your existing
channel list .

Press back to exit the menu .
To delete any free-to-air channel, go to Settings > System Setup > Free-To-Air channels >
Satellite Free-To-Air . On this screen :

to highlight ‘Delete Channels’ and press OK . From the list of
channels that appears, use
U
or
D
to highlight the channel you want to delete
and press OK to select it . Press red to delete the selected channel .

To delete all the channels, use
U
or
D
to highlight ‘Delete All Channels’ and
press OK . In the screen that pops up, use
U
or
D
to highlight Yes and press OK
to confirm the deletion .
SCART Setup
You use this screen to choose the type of video signal that is output on the mini DIN
connector (marked A/V on your box’s rear panel) .

Select the TV SCART output you want (RGB or Composite) .
Resolution Setup
You can use this screen to choose the video resolution that is output from your box’s
HDMI connector (only if an HD TV is connected) .

Select the resolution you want (720p or 1080i)
Note
After you press blue, your box temporarily changes the resolution . You must confirm the change
within 30 seconds . Highlight APPLY or CANCEL then press OK .
