If you change these settings you must then test the incoming signal, by selecting ‘Signal Test’ from the
main Settings menu (see page 28) .
LNB Setup
Default values for a standard Universal LNB are already entered on this screen; under
normal circumstances you do not need to change these . If you change your satellite
dish installation, you may need to change the values so that your box can tune to all the
satellites available .
Universal LNB

Select the number of LNBs (1 or 2)

Use the number buttons to enter the Low Band LO (Local Oscillator)
Frequency and High Band LO Frequency (GHz)

If you have 2 LNBs, you can select which satellite is connected to DiSEqC port A
or B (Thor or Astra 4A) . The other port setting changes automatically .
SatCR LNB

Select a User Band number for Input 1 (UB 1, UB 2, UB 3 or UB 4)
Press blue to apply changes, or press red to cancel and return to the previous menu .
Notes
It is important that, while you are configuring your box for a SatCR (Satellite Channel Router)
installation, any other installed boxes (on the same SatCR LNB) must be disconnected from the mains
power supply, and must be assigned to a different User Band (UB) number .
If you change these settings you must then test the incoming signal, by selecting ‘Signal Test’ from the
main Settings menu (see page 28) .
Installing free-to-air channels
To install satellite free-to-air channels, go to Settings > System Setup > Free-To-Air
channels > Satellite Free-To-Air . On this screen:

to highlight ‘Satellite scan’ and press OK .

On the screen that pops up, either select a satellite and transponder from
the available list and press green (recommended), or press blue to enter the
satellite and transponder details manually . Your box starts scanning for all the
available free-to-air channels . Please note that this scan may take a few minutes
to complete .
