Step 3 - Allow IsItUp to monitor the VMT population
If a VMT goes down, IsItUp will note it and, according to the notification
option that has been selected, such as a beeper notification (a modem
attached to the IsItUp computer), notification will be sent. Examine the
Detail Report and Log report to verify where and why the failure
occurred.
