of the 16 bit status mask. The MSB is STAT16 or STAT32, as
applicable.

System Setup Word
Command format:

Parameters:
a:
selected axis (optional); 'A' - 'H'. If no axis specified, 'A' is
assumed.
n:
number of data values to read. If no number specified, '1' is
assumed.
x:
system setup word (see below for definition).
