„ Fig.1: Align the spring tabs with the spring holes, then install the brake arms

Tighten the brake pivot bolts

to 70 in-lbf (7.9 Nm).

barrel adjuster

onto the exposed section of housing.

Fig.2: Insert another section of cable housing into the barrel adjuster, then trim the housing
so that the overall length exiting the seat tube exit port is 130mm.
„ Fig.2: Install a brake cable sheath

into the housing slot of the non-drive-side brake arm.
„ Fig.2: Insert the end of the brake cable housing into the brake arm’s housing slot. Make sure
the housing has a slightly curved path from the frame to the brake arm.
