If you're traveling internationally, make sure your device is set up for data roaming.

What can I do if my mobilephone cannot connect to network operator?
Make sure SIM card is inserted properly.
Insert your SIM card in another device. If this works, it is probably your device that is causing
the problem. In this case, contact Vestel Services.
If your device is not receiving any network signal, contact your network operator and make
sure that the network has coverage where you are.
If the problem persists, you can power off and power on the phone. Then you can try again.

What can I do if the voice is unclear when I make phone calls using a Bluetooth
headset?
Check the model of the Bluetooth headset. Voice quality can differ from headphone models.
Make phone calls when signals are stable and make sure there is no building between your
phone and the Bluetooth headset.
Check whether the Bluetooth device can be properly connected to other phones for phone
calls. If yes, contact Vestel Services.
