08 ORGANISER
Your Vertu phone Organiser has the following
functions:

A L A R M C L O C K
You can set your Vertu phone to sound an alarm at
a desired time. The alarm will sound even if your
Vertu phone is switched off.
S E T T I N G T H E A L A R M
To set the alarm:

From the stand-by display, press
M en u
.
>
Scroll to O rgan ise r and press S e lec t .
>
With A larm c lock highlighted, press S e le ct .
>
With
A larm tim e
highlighted, press
S e le ct
.
>
Key in the time you want the alarm to sound and
press
OK .
A message confirms that the alarm is on and a
small bell icon is visible on the stand-by display.
C A N C E L L I N G T H E A L A R M
To cancel the alarm:

From the stand-by display, press

With A larm c lock highlighted, press S e le ct .

O ff
and press
OK
.
A message confirms that the alarm is off.
TU R N I N G O F F T H E A L A R M
To turn off a ringing alarm:
>
When the alarm sounds press S top .
If your Vertu phone is switched off when the alarm
sounds, a message asks if you want to switch the
phone on. Press
Ye s to switch the phone on or
press No to leave the phone switched off.
A C T I VA T I N G T H E S N O O Z E F U N C T I O N
To activate the snooze function:
>
When the alarm sounds press S n ooz e .
>
The alarm will sound again in 10 minutes.
>
If you leave the alarm ringing, it will ring for
about a minute and then go into snooze mood.
S E L E C T I N G A R I N G I N G T O N E
To select a ringing tone:
The standard alarm is an ascending chiming
sound. However, you can personalise the alarm by
selecting one of your Vertu ringing tones.

A message confirms that you have selected an
alarm tone.

To repeat the alarm on certain days:

With Alarm c lock highlighted, press S e le ct .

Scroll to
R ep ea t a larm
and press
S e le ct
.
>
Scroll to
R ep et ition da ys
and press Select.
>
Highlight each day and select Ma rk to repeat
the alarm or Unm ark to cancel the alarm.
>
Press
D on e
when you have finished.
>
A message confirms that alarm repetition is on.
Do not press Yes when wireless phone use
is prohibited or when it may cause
interference or danger.
If you unmark all days, alarm repetition
switches off.
