Installing Languages
You need a web connection to be able to download language dictionaries.
Select
Options
>
Languages
>
Download languages
.
The phone connects to the Nokia language server, where the .SIS translation
languages are held.
Select a language. Check the
Accept
to start download button to accept the
conditions when prompted, and the download begins.
Select a location for the dictionary when prompted.

You can create and send notes to other compatible devices, and save received plain
text files (TXT file format) to
Notes
.
• To create a new note, select
Options
>
New note
, or just start entering the text
and the note editor opens automatically.
• To open a note, select
Options
>
Open
, or go the particular note and press the
Middle Select
key.
• To send a note to other compatible devices, select
Options
>
Send
and the
appropriate option through which you want to send.
• To print a note, select
Options
>
Printing options
and the relevant option for
print, page setup, preview, and printers.
• To synchronise or to define synchronisation settings for a note, select
Options
>
Synchronisation
. Select
Start
to initialise synchronisation or
Settings
to define
the synchronisation settings for the note.
Intranet
Using the Intranet application, you can connect to your company intranet.
Select
Menu
>
Office
>
Intranet
.
• To establish connection to the intranet, select
Options
> Connect to Intranet. If
there is more than one intranet available, to change the destination, select
Change destination
.
• To view the available wireless LANs (WLAN), select
Other WLAN networks
.
• To select a connection manually, select
Manual connection
.
• To update the destination and connection method, select
Options
>
Refresh
.
The available options may vary.
Intranet Settings:
Intranet web user name
Enter your intranet web user name for the intranet.
Intranet web password
Enter your intranet web password for the intranet.
Intranet web domain
Enter the domain name of the intranet.
Startup view
Select which page is used as the home page in the
intranet.
Proxy server address
Enter the proxy server address
Proxy port number
Enter the proxy server port number.
Open browser once
conn.

Select whether to allow the browser to launch once
connected to the intranet.
VPN time-out
Select whether to have a time-out for the virtual private
network. Enter the time in minutes.
