Jumpers on System Interface Circuit Card (Main Bay Only)
Perform the following procedures to verify the factory settings and/or make the required settings per your site
requirements. These procedures can also be used to make adjustments on a replacement circuit card.
Controller Power Option
The controller is always powered from the internal “system” bus. A jumper option allows the controller to be
also powered by battery. Battery power allows the controller to stay running in the event rectifiers are off or
battery LVD opens (if installed). Note that if powering the controller from battery, the battery will drain if
rectifiers are off or battery LVD opens (if installed). The controller’s power consumption is 5W.
