FIELD OF USE
The V12 ASSAULTER and the V12 ASAULTER Classic are components of the rescue system and can be used to rescue a person up to 120
kg, from surfaces (workplaces) located at a different level from a safe zone (at height / in depth) , when it is used with a connector and other
compatible components that are specific to the rescue system. The layout of the device ensures that the person will be held in a „hanging”
position throughout the rescue operation.
These loops are meant to be used in acute rescue situations where time is critical (because it is very easy to equip and handle than other
conventional rescue means (e.g.: stretcher with lifting system) or at places where conventional rescue means cannot be used due to space
restrictions (narrow shafts, pits).
It is NOT allowed to be used for unconscious persons and persons whose medical condition had been assesed as “not fit to be moved” (e.g.
persons that have suffered spinal injuries).
Use of the the product is forbiden in environments which presents risk of explosion, where the equipment can have prolonged contact with fire or
hot objects, where it can have contact with acids , concentrated alkalis, solvents, splash of incandescent metal or places where it can be
subjected to electricity or severe mechanical shocks. The product is suitable to be used in the temperature range of -30
℃
and +50
℃

DESCRIPTION
The belt (loop) consists of a single load-bearing strap which will support the person in the hanging position during the rescue operation. They are
equipped with a metal ring and buckle.The rescue belts (loops) are available in different sizes and can be used to save a single person, weighing
no more than 120kg. The static strength of all ASSAULTER belts is minimum 15 kN. All rescue loops (belts) are equipped with a metal ring which
is held flat on the belt by a short velcro strap. To use the ring, pull the velcro strap to release it and attach the safety line to the ring using a
certified connector (EN 362). Check if the connector is properly closed and secured!
