CONSOLE BATTERY LEVEL ICONS
The battery level icon is displayed in the status bar at the top of the touchscreen. The icon and the
percentage value next to it indicate the remaining battery power. For information about charging the battery,
see the procedure
“Charge the Battery” on page 25.

ICON FUNCTION
The battery is fully or almost fully charged.
The battery is approximately 80% charged.
The battery is approximately 60% charged.
The battery is approximately 40% charged.
The battery is approximately 20% charged. Replace with a fresh battery or connect
external power.
The battery is approximately 10% charged. Replace with a fresh battery or connect
external power.
The battery is less than 5% charged. Replace the battery or connect external power
immediately. At this point, the system turns itself off if external power is not connected.
If external power is connected, the system software may be temporarily unable to detect
the battery while charging begins.
The battery is not present, or it cannot be detected because its charge level is too low
(less than 2%). If external power is connected, the LED next to the
On/Off
button is
red instead of yellow or green. If you turn the system off under these conditions, the LED
flashes blue and the system continues to charge the battery.
The battery is charging.
