RESIDUAL RISKS
It is necessary to mind the following residual risks associated with the use of the machine that cannot
be eliminated.
None
WARNING: DANGEROUS MOVEMENTS
Only the operator can stand nearby the machine. In case of presence of other people, stop immediately
movements and compel them to stand clear of the machine.
WARNING: ELECTRICAL RISKS FOR LIVE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
Work on the main electrical panel must be carried out only by skilled staff and in any case with power
supply disconnected.
WARNING: ELECTRICAL RISKS FOR RESIDUAL VOLTAGE
See notes in the description of the electrical equipment.
ATTENTION: DEFECTIVE SAFETY DEVICE
Do not use the machine for any reason if it is found that any safety device is not working perfectly. Put
the line out of service immediately by blocking the power supply disconnectors in the isolated circuit
position. Only reactivate the machine when all the safety devices are again in perfect working order.
ATTENTION: CHEMICAL PRODUCTS
Operators must follow the handling instructions indicated in the safety data sheets of the chemicals used
from time to time and use suitable personal protective equipment.
ATTENTION: HAPPY RESTART
Before carrying out any intervention, the operator must make sure that the machine cannot be
inadvertently put into operation by cutting off all the power supplies; the disconnection of the machine
power supplies must be carried out with personal locking means - for example padlocks - and carrying
the opening keys with you. In this way, the power supplies can only be restored after all operators have
removed the personal locking means, ie only after all the operators have finished the interventions. This
is to prevent an operator from starting the machine without noticing the presence of another operator
near dangerous elements.
