1. Introduction
Thank you for buying the
VTTEST2
! This voltage meter can be used to test AC or DC voltage from 12V to 220V directly
or indirectly, test ground lines and detect broken lines. If the device was damaged in transit, contact your dealer.
Read the manual thoroughly before bringing this device into service. The manufacturer will not be held responsible for
damage caused by disregard of any guideline in this manual.
Be aware that high voltages can be life-threatening. If you have any questions, consult a qualified electrician first.
2. Use
a. Direct Measurement
•
As a general rule, the last displayed value is the most accurate one.
•
The
icon appears on the LCD when the tester detects a voltage. Press the 'Direct Test' knob to see the
measured voltage on the display.
•
When measuring low DC voltages, put a finger on one pole and the tester on the other pole.
b. Indirect Measurement
Put the metal sensor part against the isolation of the phase line and press the inductance test button. If there's a
voltage on the line, the
icon appears. Slide along the cable ; when the icon disappears, there's no more voltage,
and you have found the breakpoint.

1. Inleiding
Dank u voor uw aankoop! U kunt deze
VTTEST2
gebruiken om direct of indirect AC- of DC-spanningen tussen 12 en
220V te meten, aardedraden te testen en kabelbreuken op te sporen. Raadpleeg uw dealer als het toestel werd
beschadigd tijdens het transport. Lees deze handleiding grondig voor u het toestel in gebruik neemt. De producent is
niet verantwoordelijk voor schade door het negeren van de richtlijnen in deze handleiding.
Let op: hoge spanningen kunnen levensgevaarlijk zijn. Als u vragen heeft, raadpleeg een geschoolde technicus.
2. Gebruik
a. Directe meting
•
Doorgaans is de laatst getoonde waarde de nauwkeurigste.
•
De
-icoon verschijnt op de LCD als de tester een spanningslijn detecteert. Druk op de 'Direct Test'-knop op de
gemeten spanning op de LCD te zien.
•
Als u lage DC-spanningen wilt meten, leg dan een vinger op 1 pool en hou de tester tegen de andere pool.
