•
Insert 1 to 4 AA or AAA rechargeable Ni-MH batteries into the battery compartments. Mind the polarity.
•
Connect the adapter to the DC input jack of the charger and plug it into a wall outlet (AC adapter) or the car lighter
socket (DC adapter). Either way the power supplied to the charger is 12Vdc/3.3A. Using an adapter that does not
provide these specific values may damage the charger, the batteries and the adapter itself.
•
The LEDs next to the batteries will turn red to indicate the batteries are being charged (fast charge). When the
LED turns green, the charger switches from fast charge to trickle charge. The batteries are now ready to be used.
•
If a red LED next to a battery blinks, this means either the battery is not rechargeable or it is defective.
•
Remove the batteries from the charger and unplug the adapter from the power supply.
