1. Introduction
Thank you for buying the
AVMOD15
! Read this manual carefully before bringing the device into service, starting with
the safety instructions below. This device uses 2.4GHz RF wireless technology to allow the wireless connection of all
video game players and A/V sources to TV's, monitors and PC's. You can use the original remote for your video
sources to operate them from a distance. Installation is easy and the plug-and-play feature increases your freedom in
home entertainment while also improving the security of your home.
2. Safety
Instructions
•
Unplug the device before cleaning it. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners. Use a soft cloth and do not immerse
the device in water.
•
Do not use peripheral equipment unless specifically recommended by the manufacturer.
•
Do not use the device near water (bath tub, kitchen sink, swimming pool, etc.)
•
Place this device on a stable surface. Mount the device according to the manufacturer's instructions and with the
provided mounting accessories.
•
The ventilation slots on the underside keep the device from overheating during operation. Make sure they are not
obstructed. Do not place the device on a rug, a bed, etc. Do not mount it in a rack or place it in a bookcase unless
they are properly ventilated.
•
Always use the included adapter or an adapter with identical specifications.
•
Make sure the cables don't get pinched or damaged and check all connectors on a regular basis.
•
Unplug the device during storms or in case of long periods of inactivity and also disconnect the antenna or cable
system. This will protect your device from lightning and power surges.
•
Do not overload wall outlets or extension cords since this could result in a fire or electroshocks.
•
Make sure the housing is NEVER penetrated by either an object or a liquid since this could result in a fire or
electroshocks.
•
Do not attempt to service this device yourself. Leave all maintenance activities to qualified personnel.
•
Do not attempt to repair this device yourself. Unplug the device and consult your dealer if the power cord is
damaged, if the housing has been penetrated by an object or liquid, if the device does not operate normally
because it has been dropped, etc.
•
Keep the device away from heat sources such as radiators, stoves, amplifiers, etc. Do not expose the device to
direct sunlight.

monitoring and recording a meeting in another room

use multiple receivers for broadcasting to multiple TV's in other rooms

connect the A/V source (e.g. VCR) and the transmitter using the cable for the IR sensor. This cable must be
placed in front of the IR eye of the A/V source. You can now watch the desired programme on a second TV by
operating the remote control of the A/V source.
