6.5.6 Low frequency vibration suppression
If the system is not sufficiently rigid during servo system operation, the mechanical drive end will continue to oscillate
even after the motor body has come to a near standstill at the end of the positioning command, and the low frequency
vibration suppression function is used to slow down the oscillation of the mechanical drive end.
The low frequency vibration suppression range is 1.0 Hz to 100.0 Hz.
The following description addresses the manual adjustment of the friction compensation parameters.

Vibration detection value = Pn232 × Pn262, the smaller the threshold setting for low
frequency vibration detection, the easier it is to detect vibration.
