4.3.1 Software Upgrades and Procedure
1. Obtain the netbox-veex-arm.tar.gz system upgrade package.
Download it from www.veexinc.com
Unzip the file and copy to the root of a FAT32 USB memory stick.
2. Connect the USB stick to the NET-BOX using the Micro-B to USB adapter (included).
3. Initiate the Software Upgrade process by powering DOWN the NET-BOX, then simultaneously press the COM
and POWER buttons until a beep sounds. During the upgrade process the V-LED light on the front of the NET-
BOX will blink green until the process is complete. After the upgrade process is complete, the NET-BOX
reboots automatically.
4. When the NET-BOX has rebooted, select the preferred method of connection and connect.
5. On the NET-BOX app, open the menu on the top right corner and tap About to verify the current App and NET-
BOX software version.
Once started, the Software Upgrade process takes several minutes to complete.

4.4 NET-BOX App
NET-BOX App for iOS and Android smart devices
The iOS and Android apps are available for download from the VeEX
Apps website https://www.veexinc.com/apps.php . The Android app is
also available at the Google Play™ store.
When installing VeEX Apps for the first time, users are required to manually and consciously
authorize VeEX as a trusted Enterprise Developer, in order to use said apps.
