If the threshold value set for a wavelength in the Pass/Fail submenu is less than the current 

power reading for that wavelength, a 

PASS

 reading will be displayed. 

6.2.2.1  Creating User-Defined P/F Thresholds 

To create P/F thresholds: 

1.  Press the 

|MODE| 

button to enter the required PON measurement mode (PON 

Burst/PON or PON CW) to set the thresholds. PON/PON Burst is used in the figures 

below, but the GUI is identical.
