This document describes the correct handling of the VDO SmartTerminal.

Target group

These operating instructions are aimed at:

• Drivers and companies

loading digital tachograph data onto the VDO SmartTerminal.

• System administrators

installing the VDO SmartTerminal and related service programs onto PCs
and, if required, integrate it into a company network

Please read the instructions carefully and familiarise yourself with the device.
