INSTALLATION

:

This manual is written for the

FC500-PC

frequency controller.

Incorrect handling may cause the

FC500-PC

to operate incorrectly, causing its life to be reduced

considerably, or at the worst, the

FC500-PC

to be damaged. Handle the unit properly in accordance

with the information in each section as well as the precautions and instructions of this manual to use it
correctly.

Unpacking the FC500-PC unit

Unpack the

FC500-PC

and check the unit for discrepancy, damage etc. If found such please

contact your sales representative.

Installation of the FC500-PC

1)

Place the unit with the restrictions for the clearances around the unit as shown in figure.1

2)

Note  on  ambient  temperature.  The  units  live  is  under  great  influence  of  ambient
temperature.  In  the  place  of  installation,  ambient  temperature  must  be  within  the
permissible  range  of  0



C to +40



C. Check that the ambient temperature is within that

range in the positions shown in figure.2
