Good = locked signal
Changing = signal is currently changing, as in a source switch
Error = signal is unstable or missing
NOTE:
sync errors cannot be detected if a signal has one of the following

frequencies (all ± 2.00 Hz) as well as one of the following
horizontal
frequencies (±
