If necessary, call in the VC999 Customer Service Department. You will find the Customer Service
address with contact numbers in chapter "1 Introduction".
Procedure

Switch off the machine at the main switch. Ensure that the main switch cannot be switched on
accidentally.
12.1 Repairs to the electronics or control system
Do not under any circumstances carry out repairs to the electronics yourself. Always consult the
VC999 Customer Service Department for this.
Maintenance and repair work should only be carried out by appropriately
trained and qualified personnel, as this work requires expert knowledge and
special skills. Neither are provided in this operating manual.
CAUTION
Risk of injuries!
Always ensure that the machine is switched off and disconnected from the
electrical supply before carrying out maintenance work!
WARNING
Danger of electric shock!
De-energise the machine before performing any maintenance and lock it to
prevent an unintentional start-up using a padlock on the main switch. Only
perform work on the mains network if you are trained and authorised to do so.
