Explanation of the indicator lamps
9.3.2 Switching on
Normal switching on
1. For more information on this see chapter "8.1.2 Switching on the machine".
9.3.2.1 Switching on after an EMERGENCY STOP
Reset
1. Close the service door (Fig. 3/1, pos. 12).
2. Unlock the EMERGENCY STOP button by turning it clockwise.
3. Press the RESET button.
4. Production continues after the START button is pressed.
Operating
elements Status Meaning
START button Flashing The machine is ready for operation. Press the button
to start production.
Illuminated Machine is in operation, production running.
STOP button Flashing The machine is in rundown mode and goes into
"ready" mode at the latest 20 seconds after the last
product has been detected.
Illuminated Error display
RESET button Illuminated An EMERGENCY STOP button has been activated.
None Flashing or illuminated The machine returns to the home state or is
switched off.
Before cancelling the EMERGENCY STOP, determine and eliminate the
source of the danger!
