5 Setting up the machine
5.1 Site requirements
The Dryer VC999 TR2 is designed to be used in rooms where the temperature is not below + 5 °C
and not above + 24 °C. If the system is to be used in rooms with different ambient temperatures,
please contact the our Customer Service Department to have individual electrical components and/
or respective safety devices installed, if necessary. The same applies for rooms with a relative
humidity of below 50 % or above 90 %.
5.2 Foundation
A horizontal industrial floor is adequate as a foundation.
5.3 Safety clearances
Leave a clearance of at least 1 m around the machine for operating and maintenance work.
The installation of the machine should only be carried out by a VC999 techni-
cian!
The machine should not be operated in potentially explosive atmospheres!
When positioning the machine, ensure that transport and escape routes are
not blocked when the service door is open (Fig. 3/1, pos. 12)!
