Warning
Do not operate the system when
refuelling, when dust or
combustible vapours are present
or in enclosed spaces (e.g.
garage).
The programmable heater gradually
brings the engine to a good
temperature to facilitate its starting. A
built-in clock allows time presets for
delayed start of heating. The
passenger compartment will warm up
faster. The warming-up of the
passenger compartment, de-icing
and demisting are facilitated.
Heating switches off when the battery
voltage is low, so as to allow engine
starting. The heater is fed by the
vehicle's fuel tank. Ensure that the
low fuel warning lamp is not on.
The heater is fitted with a temperature
limiter which cuts off the combustion
in the event of engine overheating
due to a lack of coolant. Check the
level and top up if necessary. Then
press set before switching the heating
on again. Engine coolant
Notice
Have the additional heating checked
at least once a year at the beginning
of winter. Maintenance and repairs
should only be carried out by a
qualified workshop. Use only
genuine replacement parts.
