We explain here the authentication process with a Virtual DIGIPASS.

Using a Virtual DIGIPASS

requires two login steps:

requesting an OTP to be sent to the User's mobile phone
entering the OTP.

2-step login for OTP request and OTP entry is possible with applications which support two login screens, e.g.
Citrix Web Interface and RADIUS with support for Challenge/Response.

The process is illustrated in the image below and the steps are explained here:
