The blower can be plugged into any 230 volt AC outlet with 10 amps of fuse protection.
The electrical outlet is to be protected by an earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) with a
max triggering current of 30 m amps.

8  BEFORE USE

Steps prior to operation
Only  operate  the  device  after  completely  assembling  it.  Prior  to  each  use,  check  the  power
cord for signs of damage. Under no circumstances should the power cord be used if it shows
any signs of damage.

9  ASSEMBLY

Your new blower vac requires very little assembly work before it is ready for use (Fig. 1).

ATTENTION!

The 2 supplied tube parts have to be mounted otherwise the machine will NOT

work! (Build in safety switch!)

9.1

Safety switch

Your blow-vac has a build in safety switch that prevents the machine from being started in
case the supplied tubes are not mounted.

9.2

Shoulder strap

The shoulder strap will be supplied inside the leaf bag. Take the shoulder strap out of the leaf
bag,  open  the  snap fastener,  thread  the  strap  through  the metal clip  on  the  top  of the motor
casing and then close the snap fastener. To adjust the shoulder strap to the required length,
simply slide the adjustable strap buckle forward or backwards.

9.3

Leaf bag (Fig. 2)

To secure the leaf bag to the machine, simply attach the buckle to the top tube section
and pull the expanding bag opening over the leaf discharge point on the bottom of the motor
casing. Then tighten the securing belt.

9.4

Height adjustment (Fig. 3)

Press the height adjusting button (A) and slide the Vacuum/Blower tube (B) to desired length.
It can be extended up to 300 mm.

9.5

Front handle adjustment (Fig. 4)

Adjust the front handle to a comfortable angle. Release the adjusting buttons and the handle
will automatically.

9.6

Rake adjustment (Fig. 5)

Rotate the rake knob 90° anticlockwise and then the rake will automatically pop-up. Lock the
knob  by  rotating  90°  degrees  clockwise.  The  integrated  rake  will  help  to  loosen  debris
between gravel.

10 OPERATION

Ensure  that  the  blower  vac  is  only  connected  to  conventional  sockets  with  a  230-240V
alternating current supply. Only use extension cables if they are really necessary. The use of
extension cables may cause a drop in voltage, which will result in the machine not performing
to its peak or the motor overheating.

10.1

Switching ON/OFF

To  switch  on  the  blow/vac  push  in  the  on/off  trigger  switch  (9).  And  hold  to  switch  off  the
machine, release the on/off trigger switch.

10.2

Speed regulation

You can vary the speed by turning the switch (10) from 1 (low speed) to 6 (high speed).
